Workout of the Day! (WOD) – 4/7/20

Jog, Jump, and Fight that Jiggle


Each set has a Cardio Base (Jog or Jumping Packs) and 3 Moves targeting upper, lower, and core. Do Set 1 – Round 1 all the way through, Round 2 all the way through, and Round 3 all the way then after a 30 second recovery (or longer if you need it), proceed to Set 2:


Set 1:

Round 1: 3 Minutes, Round 2: 2 Minutes, Round 3: 1 Minute

Jog (Modify: March, Amplify: Run)

Round 1: :60 each, Round 2: :45 each, Round 3: :30 secs each

Wide to Narrow Push Ups (Modify: From Knees)
Reverse Lunge (Amplify: Plyo)
Sit Ups


30 Second Rest


Set 2:

Round 1: 3 Minutes, Round 2: 2 Minutes, Round 3: 1 Minute

Jumping Jacks (Modify: Step Outs)

Round 1: :60 each, Round 2: :45 each, Round 3: :30 secs each

Alternating Shoulder Taps from Plank (Modify: Knee Down Plank or take out taps)
Step Out Side Squats
Heel Taps


Cool Down and Stretch
