Weekly Challenges: Week 1


6 challenges! 1 challenge each week!

  • Challenges will be posted every Sunday by 12pm on the LizFit website and private Facebook page. You can join the challenge at ANY TIME during the week!
  • Challenges start Mondays at 5AM and end on Fridays at 5PM
  • Challenger’s must submit results no later than 5PM either through the private Facebook page or by texting Liz
  • Winner will be announced every Saturday by 12pm on the LizFit website and private Facebook page
  • Winners receive a gift certificate from a local business and bragging rights!

Week 1:

GET YOUR STEPS IN!

Activate the step counter on your smartphone and tally up the steps at the end of each day!
This Challenge with run from 3/23 @ 5am to 3/27 @5pm!

 


(For iPhones, > Privacy> Motion & Fitness- Toggle Fitness Tracking ON. Then, you can see the number of steps taken by going to the Health app. For Android: Make sure Google Fit, Samsung Health, or another step-tracking app is installed and activate the motion detection)
