Allison Quinlan

Allison is a NSCA and AFAA Certified Personal Trainer. She is a Les Mills Certified BodyPump, RPM, and BodyAttack Instructor. Allison discovered TRX training a few years ago and quickly became a TRX Certified Trainer. Now she has logged countless hours on the TRX with individuals, groups, and classes; offering experience, expertise, a fun workout, and can-do attitude, training with Allison will help you reach your fitness goals. Whether its weight loss, strengthening and conditioning, or general fitness, Allison believes in functional training, focused on accomplishing a balanced and fit body through dynamic, cross-disciplinary exercise and fitness regiments. Allison lives a life of health and fitness as a multi-sport athlete. If she is not swinging from a TRX you will find her cycling, running, swimming, snowboarding, or taking the latest new fitness class! She loves her husband, three kids, and her work!
Jeanie Rocco

Jeanie is a Certified Les Mills Group Fitness Trainer. She is certified as a Body Attack, Body Pump and Zumba Instructor. She also teaches free style Boot Camps that include G.I. Jeanie and Survivor, and Beach Boot Camps, as well as a Core Crunch Class. She is currently pursuing her CPT certificate through AFFA.
Jeanie is a busy mom of three children, and is just as passionate about her family, home and garden, as she is about health and fitness! Jeanie’s energy, enthusiasm and passion for life and fitness is contagious! Her positive motivation, knowledge of fitness, as well as her emotional support and guidance, makes Jeanie’s classes safe, fun and energizing!
