Dearest LizFitters,

I want to take a moment simply to say: thank you. What seems like overnight, we were forced to leave our home at Spinnaker Recreation Center for an indefinite period of time. We set out to host outdoor classes in New Castle and we had so much fun taking the LizFit party outdoors with all of you. That opportunity quickly shifted to minimize our social interactions, so we decided to take LizFit fully online. All of this happened within a matter of two weeks and through it all, you stuck with us. You supported us as we carefully monitored the situation. While we have been doing our very best to keep our community safe and healthy, you have quickly followed along and sprung into the new workout offerings, and through it all you encouraged us and made us smile. Thank you.

We are so excited to bring you a variety of LizFit workouts in the coming days through Nancy’s daily WOD’s, weekly challenges, and LIVE Online Classes with our amazing team of instructors (updates and details below)! Thank you for sticking with us through thick and thin, through the ups and downs, and for sharing positive messages and your favorite wellness tips with us! We feel so grateful for our amazing community that supports each other in every season—whether in person or through online connection. Cheers to making it through—better and stronger. Together.

We promise that as soon as we can gather and workout together again, we will. And we can’t wait to share that very special moment with the amazing individuals who mean so much to us!

LizFit has gone VIRTUAL!

Find our LIVE Online Classes on Facebook!

In our continuing efforts to provide you with the highest quality online classes in a way that is both safe and accessible, we will now be live streaming classes in our LizFit Members Private Group on Facebook. Our previously recorded classes will also be uploaded there!

These classes will be streamed to you for free! We simply ask that you make a donation of your choosing through the LizFit app.

Simply open the app, go to Menu > Buy > Online Class Donations!

Here are the classes kicking off our Facebook Live Streaming:
Thursday @ 6pm – Spin with Liz!
Saturday @ 8am – Spin with Liz!
Saturday @ 9am – Cardio Kickboxing with Deanna!

Virtual Personal Training with Liz!

Liz is offering virtual personal training through Zoom and FaceTime!

AND
An anonymous donor in our community has donated an entire month of personal training! (1 session per week, 4 sessions total)

These sessions are generally 30 minutes long and can be done without any fitness equipment.
