It may be her reputation as an “always-on” trainer with enough energy to power a small country that draws newcomers to Liz’s fitness programs, but it’s her humor and her undying warmth and dedication to her clients and their numbers-based results that brings them back week after week.

With 17 certifications–including STOTT Pilates, TRX, and Yoga–Liz trained clients with a variety of health needs at clubs up and down the Seacoast before opening her own business, now known as LizFit, in 2004. In that time, she has fine-tuned an inherent talent to connect with, understand and evoke change in her clients, using accountability-based programs crafted to each client’s specific health and fitness needs.

“If you’re willing to make the changes, if you’re willing to work as hard as you possibly can, I will work just as hard for you,” Liz says.

Known for her theatrical flair, perhaps nourished by minoring in theater, Liz’s exuberant attitude is not an act. Because she vividly remembers a time when she was unhealthy and overweight, the empathy she feels for her clients is real.

A lifestyle change led to weight loss, health, national fitness certifications and a new career geared toward helping others facilitate significant change in their lives.

Private Training:
Four class minimum commitment

  • 1 Person $60.00 (60min.)
  • 1 Person $50.00 (45min.)
  • 1 Person $35.00  (30min.)

 

Semi-private and small group training for 60 minutes.

Four class minimum commitment

  • 2 people, $80/$40 per person
  • 3 People $105/$35 per person
  • 4 People $120/$30 per person
  • 5 People $140/$28 per person
  • 6 people $150/$25 per person

 

Reservation/cancellation/travel policies:

4 week Reservation:  Personal training clients and Group personal training Clients are asked to reserve a month of training at a time.

Cancellation policy without 24 hour notice:  Appointment cancellations must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled workout.  If not, then your account will be billed for the session.

Cancellation policy with 24 hour notice:  If appointment has been cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice, client may reschedule their appointment for that week, IF there is availability in my schedule. If rescheduling is not an option for both of us, then a $15 fee will be charged to your account.

In-home training cost:  A minimum fee of $60 to train, plus an additional travel fee.  The travel fee will reflect time/distance to clients home or business.
